The role of a Site HSE Coordinator is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect and the enforcement of the Group'sHSE policy. The main missions of the role are to:

Our Europe Divisionis looking for a Site Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator for itsFCM Sitein Terni, Italy.
The role of a Site HSE Coordinator is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect and the enforcement of the Group'sHSE policy. The main missions of the role are to:
- Analyze the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; andrespect of the environment
- Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
- Coach and support the site management and employees
- Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
- Monitor legal complianceand manage the site's relationswith localgovernment and regulatoryorganizations
- Monitor the reporting ofHSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
- Organize and drive HSE auditsand trainings
- Carry out accident enquiries
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialisation in Health, Safety&Environment
- RSPP qualifications as defined by the italian law (Digs 81/2008 esm).
- A first experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of HSE tools and methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000
- Knowledge of Italian legislation
- General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
